الوصف الوظيفي We are seeking a Key Account Manager experienced in working with pharmaceutical and device companies, hospitals and other institutions, and government health agencies to actively grow our business in the Middle East (primarily Saudi Arabia, UAE and other gulf countries), securing sponsorships and managing the ongoing service delivery for our high-quality, innovative online continuing education programs. The individual will work with the Senior Vice President (based in Toronto) and the current Director of Business Development (based in Saudi), to drive new sales opportunities, create sponsorship opportunities, and manage existing accounts. The candidate will be expected to drive business development and client management in this role. Core responsibilities will be: · Account management of the program delivery and operations within existing and prospect accounts · Coordinate with Canadian Head Office to optimize service delivery and client/account management · Develop and maintain wide ranging relationship within your client base, institutions, Key Opinion Leaders and Medical Societies & Associations Optimize and manage sales revenue and growth from a key account base to ensure high levels of customer retention and revenue growth · Coordinate with the Senior Vice President to meet revenue targets. KPIs will be based on the following criteria: · Business Development: o Qualified meetings generated within the first 6 months o Proposals created and presented to clients o Closing new client and renewal proposals o Hitting company and individual sales targets · Operations o Achievement of existing client operational plan objectives, by account, such as institution platform launches and execution, new program content development and launches, healthcare professional engagement. المهارات · Strong attention to detail, client service, and a highly proactive “take ownership” attitude. · Proven ability to foster strong client relationships, and support efforts to generate new business opportunities, and a well-established network in the region. · Demonstrable comfort and success in a transactional sales role, capable of self-management/self-motivation, with proven skills and capabilities to close sales within a reasonable timeframe. Specific requirements include: · Proven success with 5+ years in health care industry-related role · Experience in the Middle East market · Proficient in Arabic and English language · Saudi National or a Saudi Resident with transferable sponsorship (Iqama) · University degree in business or a related discipline an asset. تفاصيل الوظيفة
