We are looking for a strong leader with significant experience in building relationships and teams with a track record of excellence. As the General Manager you will be involved in the activation of this innovative technology/ digital product inside of KSA. You will have full ownership and as such be involved in recruiting, have full control over the Saudi P&L;, budget & projections, develop and foster relationships with new clients and stakeholders to help scale out and achieve the hyper growth the company will achieve
Responsibilities:
Close partnerships with important brands and merchants
Manage multiple projects and be a resourceful multi-tasker and the key stakeholder manager for your country
Be the representative for the company for the press, launch events, conferences, and media interactions
Lead our sales strategy and execution for KSA
Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a market strategy that enables my client to win the market by meeting partner marketing objectives, scaling partner media investment, and creating meaningful and sustainable revenue growth
Build on established relationships and develop new relationships with industry CEOs, CMOs, and other key executive decision-makers in the GCC market
Shape the future of the Sales organization by building, training and motivating a high performing sales team
Act as an external spokesperson and evangelize the brand in the GCC
Partner closely with Sales Operations and Measurement teams to analyze data trends and client performance, as to scale shared learnings and best practices to grow client’s business through the company’s solutions
Consult with Product Marketing, Ad Product, Insights, Creative Strategy, Agency, SMB, Marketing, PR and Engineering teams to influence product development and support in your region
Lead by example by being incredibly truth-seeking with data, and set high standards for the team
Identify and communicate product needs to tech and engineering stakeholders
Experience in growth initiatives
Experience in managing and building teams of 10+ people , the company is looking to be at 500 by 2021 inside of KSA
Experience in P&L;management Be an owner mindset: you are committed to growing within KSA and digging deep to solve bottlenecks
المهارات
Education: Bachelor’s in Management, Logistics and/or Engineering or MBA Graduates
Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Operations, E-commerce or Financial Institutions.
Operations Management Experience. Relevant experience in managing challenging situations with effective prioritization and rapid response.
Strong Finance Understanding.
Start-up Experience. Relevant experience building and scaling large-scale strategic and cross-functional programs from the ground-up.
Proactive and Driven. Strong ownership, a bias for action, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves.
Analytical mindset and experience in defining and solving complex issues.
