الوصف الوظيفي
Perform variety of duties to accounting department as directed such as reviewing the journal company’s entry and indexing it.

Responsible for preparing all required GL entries and other modules entry.

Responsible for following up and reviewing all stores transactions

Responsible for Receiving Transactions:

Ø Reviewing the purchasing order, vouchers and reconcile it with the store notes (store received note).

Ø Reviewing the returned vouchers.

Ø Reviewing the journals vouchers.

Ø Follow up with any transactions difference by coordination with store officer and payable accountant.

Responsible for Dispensing Transactions:

Ø Reviewing the dispensing voucher.

Ø Reviewing the returned vouchers.

Ø Preparing of all dispensing accounts fields.

Ø Reviewing the journals vouchers for store transactions.

Review other department petty cash and prepare summary sheet to be authorize before fund.

Record all required GL transactions, branches relations, closing journal etc.…

Follow up with Medical Coordinating Department to avoid postponing of the journal companies’ entry such as (companies’ receipts & Med. report) & follow up the returned receipts for correction.

Responsible for the limitation of the returned company claims to avoid deduction from our account.

المهارات
Bachelor of Commerce or Business administration with a degree in Accounting, finance or equivalent professional qualifications.
Minimum one (1) year experience in accounting or finance.
Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Payroll.
Current knowledge of accounting procedures and systems.
Working knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
Excellent knowledge of cash management, banking and treasury functions.
Working knowledge of spreadsheet software (Word, Excel or Quattro).
Should have good communication skills in both oral and written English.
Saudi Nationality is a must.
