Job Overview
To manage the development and implementation of the Company’s corporate marketing, communication and PR activities, in order to ensure proper and timely communication to targeted audiences, whilst maintaining and building the corporate identity, brand and image in alignment with the overall company objectives.
Reporting to: Director, Human Resources
Responsibilities
Develop the Group Marketing and Corporate Communication strategy in line with the organisational strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing units.
Regularly report to the Director-HR on the operational activities of department, challenges and issues faced, mitigations taken, etc. as required, to keep them informed and updated on the division’s activities.
Establish and maintain a corporate brand and identity for the Group, and ensure that a consistent image is reflected in all documentation and communication material across the Group.
Contribute to the preparation of the Corporate Communication department’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
Manage the creation and maintenance of an effective internal communications platform to connect and engage staff in the most efficient manner.
Ensure regular internal messaging relating to staff offers, new appointments, public holidays, and others, in order to keep employees up to date with latest news and developments within the Company
Ensure circulation of all relevant and useful articles, pamphlets, brochures and papers relating to industry or government trends or news, in order to encourage employees to align with it.
Develop and manage a user-friendly corporate intranet and manage its content, to ensure it is a source of current, accurate and relevant information for all internal staff.
Lead the process of drafting and uploading announcements and news on the Group’s website and other social media platforms after securing management approvals, to ensure they accurately reflect the position of the company.
Manage media relations, nurturing and forging strong contacts with members of the media and journalists, locally and internationally, through print, broadcast, on-line, social media and new media channels, by acting as the focal point to secure prime visibility for the company.
Develop, manage, review and enrich the editorial content related to the Company in all printed publications and related communication tools, such as annual report, press releases, statements, brochures, booklets, social media, website, advertisements, corporate movies, documentaries etc, to ensure alignment with Corporate guidelines.
Manage the production of high quality communication materials for potential clients and investors, and ensure that all client-related documents/publications are well laid-out in terms of design, artwork, printing and publication, to ensure optimum client satisfaction.
Lead and manage the conceptualisation and implementation of brand / advertising campaigns or projects in order to ensure projects are managed successfully, implemented effectively and targets are met.
Manage the internal and external printing and production of all publications though external contractors and in-house graphic designer, to ensure the provision of best in class quality.
Manage and ensure quality control of outsourced service providers in concept, design, art direction, production, printing to ensure that the product is as per the Company’s expected standards and norms.
Develop good working relationships with media / PR sources to ensure strong relationships are established and maintained with external interest groups, the public and the media.
Build identify and image of the Company and raise its profile through active participation in various business/social forums, seminars and events for maximum exposure and coverage.
Develop the corporate marketing and communications policies and guidelines and ensure the implementation so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Identify opportunities of improvement and contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment.
Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, PR, Marketing, Brand Management or equivalent
At least 8 years in Communications and PR
Minimum 4 years experience in a management level position
Must have working experience within an Operations and Maintenance, Power, Utilities and Energy Companies
Open to male Saudi nationals only
Salary/Compensation
Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
Salary is up to 30k SAR per month base salary
