Key Responsibilities
Installing, Troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, resolution, and escalation, technical support pre/post. Determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands; works alongside with technical sales engineers; offers customer training for the product; repairs, tests and maintains equipment; monitors performance of the product; maintains product manuals; provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests; develops and maintains relations with customers; reports common complaints of customers to top management
Interacting with customers:
Strong communication etiquette skills ensure constructive, professional relationships with colleagues and customers. Active listening and written communication follow-up are just as necessary to knowing how to tactfully communicate directions. A “customer first” attitude is inherent in every step

Qualification
BS Computer Engineering or BS Electronics
Experience
Fresh or 2-3 years Relevant field experience Technical Skill Set
In depth knowledge of electronics and computer hardware, software, applications and programming. · Broad knowledge of virtual environments, Multi OS · Experience with specific enterprise software · VPN technology, SQL, CRMs · Understanding source code · Writing commands and workflow processes · Using monitoring software · Comfortable with different types of software applications · Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems · Enterprise hardware expertise
Additional Skills
· Technical report writing, Very Good in English and email communication · Determine which tools are the best and most appropriate to use. · Train all necessary parties on how to use equipment & software. · Documentation and resolve any issues · Technical work flow & Presentation. · discuss proposals with clients · work with colleagues on new systems, circuits and devices or develop existing technology · test theoretical design · write specifications and technical reports · follow defined development processes · systematically improve the detailed design of a piece of electronic equipment · ensure that a product will work with devices developed by others, can be made again reliably, and will perform consistently in specified operating environments · create user-friendly interfaces
