Achieve or exceed business plan objectives (sales, production, vendor relationship, client satisfy, etc.)
Achieve and improve sales targets, action plans are in place
Execute plans/programs (variable and fixed marketing, etc.) to achieve or exceed budgeted sales and market share for the assigned markets and maximize profits
Creating long term relationships with partners worldwide and client in KSA.
heading corporate sales development program, customer relationship, introducing new customer
Managing all customer sales departments such as: sales, marketing and support sales.
Coordinate on sales issues between customers and product marketing, finance and other departments on operations/after sales
Enhance the sales team’s skills, in order to achieve their targets
Support development of annual operating plans and strategic plans by analysing sales KPIs and volume trends
Lead the initial training and development of the sales teams - including developing training schedules, work with the Training tools team and ensure training programs are properly maintained
Short and long term strategic planning, conceptualizing and constantly evolving the sales processes across all channels

Strong communication with (Business development manager) – daily updates on all relevant business activities and requirements
More than 20 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, customer service and support, management, business development, negotiation and budget control, administration, personnel supervision with proven business judgment with strong focus on improving team and organization performance
