Document Retention & Filing, Document Circulation. Scanning all documents (Inquiries, letters, correspondences, Gate passes, etc….) Ensuring all documents are numbered, controlled, filed and distributed correctly. Creating a master filing chart, Creating same chart structure on PC, Filing all the documents as per master filing chart in cabinets, in the system and Updating files as per check list Coordinating with Head office. Participating in site audits as directed Receive and log correspondence, reports and forward to appropriate person. To handle confidential business related documents and office related issues. General Correspondence, Maintain Contacts (Customers, Suppliers etc…) Any other responsibility that may be assigned as per work requirements to handle all incoming and outgoing calls at the reception.
