1. Skills:
a. Essential (Minimum)
i. Very good command in English and Arabic (Both writing & speaking).
ii. Customer service awareness and skills.
b. Desirable (Optional)
i. Fluent in English
ii. Business Professional Language
2. Knowledge
a. Essential (Minimum)
i. Essential IT technical skills
ii. Installation/Configuration/Support
b. Desirable (Optional)
i. Advanced IT techincal skills
ii. Able to resolve IT issues efficiently
iii. Ability to make quick decisions on problem resolution
iv. Analytical and techincal troubleshooting skills
3. Qualifications and Experience
a. Essential (Minimum)
i. University Degree in IT from a recognized university or institution
b. Desirable (Optional)
i. IT certification
ii. A minimum 1 year of work experience in IT
iii. A job that involves interacting with customers
4. Personal Attributes
i. Strong personality
ii. User Friendly
iii. Patient and flexible attitude
iv. Sense of commitment
v. Excellent Communication and Inter personal skills
vi. Mature, professional attitude with strong work ethic
vii. Attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
