Job Overview:
Person who will be fulfilling the position as CGO will be in charge of the growth and marketing aspects of the startup. 
We are looking for someone who is truly hungry to lead the growth of an aspiring application at an extremely high capacity. We are looking to be joined with a creative who has the ability to build marketing and growth strategies, detect opportunities, analyse user demands and act upon them.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Setting growth and marketing strategies
Execute on growth and marketing. 
Data analytics
Manage growth, retention and keep low attrition rates.
Product development ( understand user experience and flows)
Generating and translating website, app, print, social media, email content that reflects our brand positioning and communication objectives (communication)
المهارات
Demonstrated success in a marketing or communications organization (preferably in tech)
Excellent analytical skills and data management expertise.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior.
Exceptional creative and persuasive copywriting skills and a strong understanding of social media and online & offline PR presence
User-focussed and community minded
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
BA or BS in growth, marketing, or a related field
