الوصف الوظيفي To be accountable for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing business systems and applications. To lead large scale projects that affect multiple functions within the organization, interface with different business areas to ensure projects have proper impact, coordinate teams to rollout projects entity-wide. To manage different IT vendors/implementers to ensure that services meet business needs. To work with vendors/ implementers to form business partnerships and help ensure proper contracts and pricing are in place. To manage and deliver on all migration plans from non-SAP based applications to SAP-based applications. To participate in the development of the roadmap of Business Solutions to include SAP future projects and Portal Applications. To recruit, lead and develop the team of software professionals, provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to maximize their performance. المهارات Strong knowledge in S4Hana especially FICO, SD, and MM. 10+ years of experience leading, implementing and supporting ERP and other business solutions. PMI and SAP certifications is required, MBA is preferred Proven ability to drive, develop, and document a clear vision for the use of Business Applications in support of business requirement. Ability to translate customer requirements into specifications and be able to conceptualize the dynamics of the solution proposed to visualize the result. 8+ years’ experience managing SAP implementations.
