• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote Services, working with Public Relation department.
• Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
• Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing the hospital objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Compile lists describing Service offerings.
• Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings.
• Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of Services, lines, or, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or head of departments, to market services.
• Consult with clients to gain advice regarding the types of Services expected to be in demand
• Recommend modifications to services’ processes, or other characteristics to improve the environmental soundness or sustainability of service.
• Coordinate with other Departments regarding educational activities.
• Coordinate with Strategic Planning and quality Director regarding updating policies and procedures, operational manuals, required data, quality reports, and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Strategic Planning and Quality Directors in relation to accreditation and third parties service contracts requirements
• Participates in hospital committee functions as assigned.
• Effectively interacts with various levels of management within the hospital.
• Performs other miscellaneous related duties as required
