Specialist Physician Manager

• Ensure the proper implementation of the credentialing criteria for Specialist Physicians prior to and after they join the hospital team.
• Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space and equipment availability.
• Monitor the use of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, the need for additional staff, equipment, and services.
• Ensure proper documentation in all patient files
