الوصف الوظيفي To conduct necessary studies about suppliers and to make final decisions with the Manager To ensure that quality standards of products purchased is maintained in line with strategies set . To carry out studies to ensure improvement of product quality and packaging. To follow up product performance and to give recommendations to Manager about measures to be taken. To decide on changes in purchasing price and conditions. To prepare selling price change recommendations for General Purchasing Price Meeting. To purchase the regionally-tested and successful products according to test product procedures. To recommend trial product to areas with an eye to adding new products to company’s product range. To prepare recommendations to Manager about products required to be put out of sales. To monitor durations and quantities in agreements made and to prepare new agreements and to share such agreement information with related units. To keep Area Companies informed of such aspects as legal changes, actual prices, conditions and problems in relation to his/her product group. To strike a good balance for missing/excessive product quantities between Area Companies if need be. To decide on which seller would ship to which Area Company. To follow up product quality in accordance with procedures and to conduct tests (taste-laboratory) if need be and at planned intervals. To decide on reclamations towards sellers. To get information from Area Companies about products when so needed. To evaluate information coming from Area Companies and to keep related functions informed of results of such evaluations. To follow up market of raw materials used for his/her products. To exercise utmost care in ensuring continuity and in protecting and improvement of quality when getting PL product manufactured. To co-sign agreements with sellers together with Purchasing General Manager. To make a price comparison for market concerned for at least once a month with his/her group. To follow up market developments and innovations in relation to his/her group. To follow up area activities paying visits to partner area every 2 (two) months. To conduct full-day store visits every two months with an eye to identifying store-related problems on-site.
