الوصف الوظيفي
• Ensure recruitment activities are as per Recruitment Plan and Budget.
• Source candidates through various online channels
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment needs.
• Process HR documents such as new hire documents; check Human Resources authorization documents; ensure timely completion of all documents.
• Prepare job offer and employees contract
• Forward resumes received for open positions to the appropriate manager in a timely manner (either electronically or hard copy). Maintain search documentation for search files.
• Coordinate with candidates to provide necessary updates related to hiring.
• Initiate training requests and follow up on approvals. Maintain training records.
• Coordinate with Department for in-house/external training programs.
• Source training programs to meet specific training needs
• Any other task assigned.
المهارات
• Diploma/Bachelor of Business Administration
• Experience of the same job 2-3 years
• Knowledge of Labor Laws procedures.
• Knowledge of HR related process and procedures.
• Arabic & English (conversation, reading, writing)
• Computer skills (e.g.: MS Office programs, Financial Modelling)
• Contact and good communication skills
