Design Engineer - Mechanical:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 8–12 years of experience in HVAC design (Chiller system, DX systems, & VRV systems) for all type of facilities, residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare etc., detail design has to follow all applicable local codes & standards and other international codes, ASHRAE & SMACNA, DIN and BS, EU etc. as applicable.
3. Good understanding of HVAC Mechanical design, fundamentals and systems applications, calculations (cooling & heating loads, Fan external static pressure, pump heads etc.) & Energy Code compliance with concept of value engineering.
4. Review the Design drawings and documents, Equipment specifications / data sheets and prepare materials submittals for consultant approval.
5. Capable of handling projects independently as engineering along with the support of drafting staff.
Design Engineer - Electrical:
1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. 8-12 year experience in design of electrical systems (LV cables. Panel boards, indoor/outdoor lighting, Fire alarm, BMS, CCTV, Access control, public address, data, grounding/lightning) for all type of facilities, residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare etc., detail design has to follow all applicable local codes & standards and other international codes such as NEC, NFPA etc.
3. Able to comprehensively study the relevant international standards / local regulations / standards and practices and adopt the same applicable.
4. Prepare, verify and submit to the Client technical submittals, base designs, shop drawings, as built drawings, calculations and technical data schedules.
5. Review the Design drawings and documents, Equipment specifications / data sheets and prepare materials submittals for consultant approval.
6. Performing calculations, equipment selection, equipment specification, system design, system layout and field investigation.
7. Confirms systems and components capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
المهارات
1. Computer literate inclusive of design software, Auto-cad, Revit, MS Word
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills with Fluent in English language
