System Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.

Understand the existing ERP and point of Sales as well as all integration points.

Walk though processes with the end users and help them in the transition.

Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.

Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.

Provide 1st level support and Assist in 2nd level-support.

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Deploy, Install and Configure required mobile applications, testing and configuration.

Good networking knowledge (LAN WAN and WiFi connectivity) and experience in troubleshooting network problems.

المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field required (Master’s preferred)

Process Mapping and understanding business process (Retail will be a plus)

Linux, Windows, Cloud computing, VPN and Infrastructure.

Basic integration experience
6+ years’ experience in system engineering and IT support required.

Proven track record of success in installation and maintenance of applications in windows environment.
