Our client is a leading multinational FMCG company, due to Saudisation they are looking for a Saudi national Information Technology Head of Business Applications.
Leading a large team, the successful candidate will be managing the IT related core business applications with a user base of 5000+ across multiple business units and countries in the Middle East and Africa region. You will be responsible for forming the strategy for IT business applications new development, Implementations, continuous enhancement and the standardisation across the business. As a Business Applications Head you will be tasked with Identifying new technology, achieving the highest level of performance and return on investment to achieve strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, plan, design, and support, continuous improvement to the application environment.

Maximising the utilisation of the ERP and other applications, implement new applications.

Direct strategic and tactical goals, policies, procedures /ERP & business application implementation

Ensure and support strategic growth by providing recommendations for establishing cost effective application solutions.

Manage the Functional and technical team members & Ensures the competency of team members

Manages the day-to-day operations

Recommend and lead business process Re-engineering, standardise the applications, new systems and processes and align it with strategic plans

Lead cost optimisation projects & manage budgets for business applications

Responsible for overall Projects/ Program Management

Primary point of contact for all countries and business units in business applications

المهارات
Must have requirements:
Saudi National

BSc. In information technology from reputed university. Master will be plus.

Certifications in ERP with focus on Oracle ERP applications

Proven experience and excellent knowledge and background in designing, developing and implementing ERP application in multi country environment and similar managerial role

Deep knowledge of business process and principles, superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities and solid understanding of data analysis and budgeting

A strong strategic and business mind-set, Excellent organizational and leadership skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Extensive working experience in technology and business roles

10 to 15 Years experience in any world class ERP application Implementation & process management, and experience in handling senior management level
