Modern Architecture Contracting Company Jeddah Branch (MACC FM) is a facilities management’s organization and is part of Modern Architecture Contracting Company Ltd. (MACC Ltd.) with a head office located in Riyadh, that is aiming to be the preferred service provider, deliver excellent service, maintain high performance and ensure proper health, environment, and safe workplace.
Our strategic partnership with the facilities managements at King Abdullah University of Science & Technology at Thuwal have been fruitful and rewarding both to our company as well as our staff, this partnership have resulted in a working relationship that includes different areas such as Maintenance, Janitorial, Horticulture, Office services and Accommodations.
The overall services conducted are to support the vision of the university in being a world-class research university through an efficient and environmentally sustainable facilities of the KAUST Township, infrastructure, and grounds.

• Job Profile 1: Instrumentation-Technician.
• Role Purpose: Performs skilled Low Current and instrumentation operation and maintenance tasks.
• Job Profile 2: HVAC & refrigeration Maintenance Technician.
• Role Purpose: Performs skilled in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning operation and maintenance tasks.
• Job Profile 3: Lift & Escalator Technician
• Role Purpose: Performs skilled Elevators operation and maintenance tasks.
المهارات
• Ability to supervise, guide and coordinate thorough knowledge of related field.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
