الوصف الوظيفي
The HSE Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for all staff in the Joint Venture Facility in Jeddah.
In addition to this the job holder is responsible for the maintenance of the ISO 9001 certification program for the site.
المهارات
• Provides direction ensures resources and manages programs to ensure the plant’s HSE and environmental performance meets established goals.
• Develops and implements plans to reduce waste, meet applicable regulatory standards and handles emergency situations that may arise at the Site.
• Determines what resources are required to successfully implement the HSE improvement plan and then secures them.
• Is a proactive member of the wider Polyone HSE program.
• Attends, participate and actively support in PolyOne weekly safety conference call.
• Responds to weekly meeting requests for information and input.
• Develops 5 year safety plan.
• Liaises with external bodies concerning relevant certification, insurance arrangements and other plant related programs (FM Global).
• Develops program for first aid provision.
• Provides daily input into ongoing HSE initiatives including red and yellow card system.
• Provides company safety introductions and manages provision of PPE.
• Represents Juffali PolyOne to the external community in a professional and positive manner.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
• Leads and develops ISO 9001 program ensuring full compliance.
• Ensures that all complaint procedures are followed through in full.
• Reviews with GM to ensure that all corrective actions are implemented as required.
• Prepare Procedures and SOP´s for all the department according to ISO standers.
• Install a risk assessment following the Companies R3 Tools.
• Regular Site Observation Tours (weekly).
• Conducting regular Checks and regular Safety Trainings (see Check-List) with attached.
