Training Manager- Academics

SPECIFIC DUTIES Description
• Training Centre Development: To fulfil a positive role as a member of the Training Centre Management Team and co-operate in all respects in developing and implementing policies, strategy and systems and in achieving Teaching Centre Business Plan objectives.
• Standard Corporate, regional and local strategy is supported and achieved. Management team meetings are attended
• Ability to Lead & Manage English Academy.
• Strong Leadership with high level of communication skills.
• Bachelors in English, Bachelors in Arts Or any bachelor’s Degree similar
• Training Manager – should have either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in English Instructional Design or any related course.
• They should be highly analytical and possess creative and intuitive problem-solving ability. They should be able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and accurately.
• They should have excellent writing and editing skills, be highly attentive to details and be able to manage time accordingly.
• They should know how to use computers and software applications such as word processor, database management, and presentation software.
