الوصف الوظيفي Support the Regional Service Manager and Senior Service Engineer in the effective running of maintenance operations Act as an ambassador for the company, providing a high standard of customer care and being polite at all times. Relay appropriate customer queries to depot staff as required Complete planned maintenance activities including maintaining the appearance of the fleet to corporate standard Carry out maintenance and repair of machines at client premises and at depot as required and in conformance with manufacturer’s specification, company policy and the regulations affecting the use Ensure that all inspections of machines are in conformance with manufacturer’s specification, company policy and the regulations affecting the use. Ensure that there is no deficiency or defect likely to affect the safe working of a machine. Notify the appropriate manager of any serious defect or unsafe equipment as required Handover machines to customers and familiarise customers with safe machine operation in accordance with company procedures Quality, Health and Safety Facilitate mandatory safety tool box meetings Ensuring completion of initial safety and hazard assessments Participating in safety and incident investigations Maintain high levels of personal appearance, ensuring uniform and personal protective equipment are used correctly Team Management Delegate tasks and accountabilities, instruct, supervise, lead and direct the Service Engineer team Translating general work requirements into a prioritised work plan for the Service Engineer team Ensure continuous improvement in all engineering standards by mentoring engineering staff Identify training development, tool and equipment needs of depot engineering personnel Administration Accurately complete all relevant paperwork including engineer’s report, pre and post hire inspection and service sheets المهارات ESSENTIAL High school education or above IPAF Operator Licence and /or IPAF Demonstrator Licence Ability to locate, fit, dismantle, reassemble and refurbish hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and diesel engines and components Experienced in using equipment, tools and PPE as prescribed in a safe and proper manner Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel Prior supervisory experience with experience of assigning clear levels of responsibility تفاصيل الوظيفة |
