الوصف الوظيفي
You would be responsible for overseeing the various categories from food to non food. In charge of assessing the consumer base, market trends, translating customer insights into meaningful strategies..you would lead on the partner vendor negotiations, identify the right product assortment. You would be leading the agenda on the category strategy /management, competition bench marking, set up the platform strategy to create the efficiencies , identify new business opportunities and keep an eye on innovation. Reporting to the Chief commercial officer .you would be leading a team of six managers and managing a huge budget.

المهارات
15+ years of holistic experience in the hypermarkets / retailing space. Financial acumen with success stories in driving top-line sales, innate ability to lead others through the change-curve, developing collaborative relationships with others.
