Manage complete lifecycle of Odoo ERP implementation.
Gather customer requirements and document it well.
Analyze customer requirements and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo ERP.
Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
understanding the business processes and plan different phases of ERP implementation which includes configuration, customizations, integration, support, workflows etc.
Configure Odoo ERP modules as per business requirement.
Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time.
Test system functions and validate with requirements.
Deliver system to the client and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test)
Deliver training on different Odoo modules.
Help support team in supporting clients and end users.
Deliver demos to clients and help them with POC (Proof of Concepts).
Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently.
Participate in Odoo eLearning academy.
Train existing (Oracle) ERP team members on Odoo.
المهارات
Odoo ERP implementation experience of various modules e.g. purchase, inventory & warehouse management, POS, sales, invoice, accounting, CRM, website and ecommerce etc.
Solid accounting background, knowledge and experience.
Experience in retail, wholesale and distribution business processes.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent planning and communication skills
Experience in defining and optimizing business processes.
Strong communication and presentation skills
