Associate Category Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Define perfect in-outlet execution for all brand activity, in line with priorities set by the brand team (price, range, space, display by outlet type).
Design and implement Shopper marketing events in line with priorities set by the brand team.
Provide all supporting marketing material, core and event including stands, POP Material, briefing and other selling material designed and approved by the brand team.
Manage the implementation of the in-market brand activity promotion calendar.
Develop leading edge brand selling stories for all initiatives.
Set promotion strategies by brand/ pack, including promo mechanics, depth of deal, duration, display by outlet type (e.g. grocery, pharmacy/ hyper, super/ L,M,S Mini Market) in alignment with the brand positioning within the allocated budget.
Split budgets and allocate to sales teams.
Track performance, monitor spend vs. targets and evaluate return on investment.
Roll out the Brand development plan into a detailed and effective category plan, by channel in order to achieve the targeted sales growth and market share.
Lead the volume forecast process working with Demand Planner, Trade Marketing and Sales Management.
Execute launches and key programs in coordination with Trade Marketing and Sales management teams.
Maintain and updated price list by SKU, by channel as provided by the brand team.
Monitor and track competition plans and changes, and propose defensive and offensive actions in the market.
Conduct timely market visits to maintain full awareness of all in-market activities.
