Brief Role:
Responsible to be monitoring and maintaining the technical operations with in the Plant as a technical support role. Responsible to any issues or changes required for the fluency of production processes if there occur some failure or machine processes related issues must be recommend technical support by himself or by technicians.
Responsibilities :
-Supervise the ac vi of technical issues in the plant and give the technical direction and guidance for safe trouble shooting and repair jobs.  -Coordinate with operation Manager prioritize, schedule and assign jobs to the technicians, ensure early prepare for all job requirements.  -Responsible to maintain safety, quality and housekeeping in side workshop, and job areas as well.  -Advice to technicians with a solution of technical problems concerned with install on, modification and repair of technical assignment.  -Supervise the work of technicians to ensure compliance with standard procedures and technical assignments.  -Manage and handle the technical crew during the commissioning and start up.  -Coordinate with suppliers for on- me delivery of raw material with agreed quality.  -Suggest changes and solution recommend on regarding technical problems which occurs again and again.  -Train technicians and ensure their competency for the required job.
