JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, documenting and analyzing risk inherent to the company’s business operations and also monitors effectiveness of Risk Management & Hedging policies in place.
Assisting and supporting the activities in Risk Management & Metals Procurement /Hedging.

Job Objectives
1. Advise Management on the appropriate risk management strategies and structures appropriate system that will best protect the Company’s interests and assets.
2. Maintaining metal fixing both in SAP and file.
3. Following up Copper cathodes/Rod, Aluminium Rod and Lead Alloy pricing, payments, documentation and delivery status, and submitting required available documents to custom clearance department.
4. Interacting with physical suppliers of copper, aluminium and lead.
5. Review all policy documents to ensure total compatibility of Company’s risk strategies.
6. Maintaining LME prices, MFN updating, create and maintain physical pricing, informing payable, treasury and purchasing departments of the final physical price.
7. Checking confirmations and statements from brokers, and prepare brokers transaction profit and loss statement.
8. Complete responsibility for Hedging Transactions entries and its accuracy.
9. Following up and logistics coordination for physical delivery of metal
10. Coordinate and follow up with Finance/ Treasury payments arrangements for the suppliers.
11. Other administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.
