الوصف الوظيفي
On behalf of a leading Umrah association we are seeking a Strategic Consultant for their Jeddah operations.
You will be responsible for liaising with the private Umrah companies to assist with their implementation of Vision 2030.
 Develop workshops and capture all important information.
 Develop benchmarks (local and global overview)
 Develop strategies and analyse business practices and goals and make suggestions for improvements or company direction.
 Devise strategies for cutting costs, increasing revenue and making key decisions.
 Assist the Umrah companies define their markets and identify trends within a specific market.
 Troubleshoot current problems and implement solutions.
 Analyse the Umrah company’s business’s goals and direction and ensure that practices align with their company objectives.
 Make suggestions to improve practices and adjust a company’s goals and mission to increase performance and market share.
 Monitor market trends to help a company adjust to changing conditions that affect their goals and production.
 Help the companies to identify key markets in which a company should be involved and help companies adjust to be successful in market changes.

المهارات
 A relevant academic background in strategic management, finance or related field.
 Minimum 2 years’ experience strategically developing strategies.
 Possess excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders.
 Arabic and English speaker/ Fluent in Arabic.
 Office skills.
 Strategist and Leadership skills
