Junior Accountant- King Abdullah Economic City

الوصف الوظيفي
• Assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
• Produce and distribute monthly WIP and debtor schedules.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports on Excel.
• Provide assistance with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for the Finance Manager and operational staff.
• Provide reports on contract and overhead variances to budgets.
• Update the employee cost rate database.
• Enter timesheet data and upload journal to JD Edwards.
• Create and enter journal vouchers onto JD Edwards.
• Assist with sales ledger. Includes creating templates onto JD Edwards for sales invoicing purposes.
• Receive incoming calls from customers, suppliers and subcontractors and dealing with any resulting queries.
• Review the fixed asset register and advise head office of amendments.
• Promote the use of JD Edwards throughout the division.
• Act as a first point of contact for operational staff regarding finance and accounts issues.
• Any other work that arises or is assigned by management.
• Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law.

• Strong IT skills including Excel (intermediate/advanced), Word, Access and PowerPoint (Basic).
• An effective communicator. Being able to express ideas at all levels.
• Self motivated being required at times to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Professional and smart appearance at all times.
• Good English language ability both spoken and written.
