• Maintain various types of Kitchen and Laundry equipment such as; Blenders, Boilers, Bread Provers, Coffee Beans Blenders, Coffee Grinders, Coffee Machines, Combi Ovens, Cough Mixers, Deep Fryers, Dish Washers, Gas Burners, Glass Washers, Grills, Heavy Duty Hand Blenders, Hot boxes, Juicer Machine, Knife Sanitizer Dispensers, Meat Cutters, Meat Mixers, Micro Ovens, Potato Peelers, Rice Cookers, Salamanders, dough Sheeters, dDugh slicers, Tilting Pans, Vacuum Packers, Waste Granders, Dryers, Flat Work Ironers, Pressing Machines, Washer Extractors, Bed sheet folding machines Etc.
• Operate all the processes associated with the equipment
• Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements.
• Operate digital control system for the plant/equipment
• Follow procedures for the plant start up, shut down and cleaning.
• Keep accurate and timely logs
• Respond to collected data and make adjustment to optimize plant operation.
• Keep plant/equipment facilities clean.
• Detailed handover procedure for in-coming shift.
• Daily system testing on systems, if required.
• Immediately notify the supervisor of any safety issues or concerns. Maintain a safe place of work. Health and Safety policies and practices are key to this role and a condition of employment.
• Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repair.
• Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labor law.

• Experience of safe working practices, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems.
• Knowledge of HSEQ practices and policies.
• Able to priorities work and meet deadlines. Maintain accuracy when under pressure.
• Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence.
• High standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Good English language ability both spoken and written. Spoken Arabic, Hindi or Urdu an advantage.
