Business Process Management hereunder by evaluation, monitoring and controlling of business processes (SOPs – WI’s – Process Maps). Via joint efforts with functional managers work to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals through using (ERP and Q-Pulse software’s). Risk assessment management (HACCP) based on the food safety hazards analysis as a part of ISO 22000 standards. Product regulations monitoring against SFDA/GSO and other markets. NCRs, customer complaints and out of specs management through using Q-Pulse software. Leading the technical part in the NPD’s launches projects (recipes – risk assessment) TQM budget (CAPEX - OPEX) setting and controlling across the fiscal year. HSE standards establishment, monitoring and controlling cooperated with all stakeholders across the company. HSE risk management based on ISO 45001 standard.
