Main Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design and product development team.
Define and analyze metrics that contribute to the product success.
Manage product development process from idea generation to delivery. This includes assessing business needs, creating comprehensive product specifications, building and managing project plans and controlling the quality.
Identify and validate opportunities for new product ideas.
Evolve the product strategy and its sub-services based on the market needs, data analysis, users feedback and industry trends.
Manage the system performance and deliver the KPIs.
Technical Responsibilities
Design and deliver industry standard scalable backend structure with high availability and seamless integration with
system’s current and future services.
Ensure the backend and the frontend efficiency and quality.
Lead the development team, hire and fill vacancies and manage their day to day operation.
Engage closely with the development, UI and UX team to clarify product requirements and to determine the best technical solution and delivery schedule.
Develop product and services development roadmap by establishing a clear vision and prioritizing the workflow to meet the business requirements and deadlines.
Monitor and evaluate unit tests, code quality, documentation and overall development life cycle.
Technologies / Services Used in Organization
Tech: Laravel, Vue.js, SQL, Redis, Swift, Kotiln, HTML and CSS
Services: PayFort, FireBase, AppAnnie, Flurry, MailGun, Framer.
Qualifications
Creative and analytical mindset with high level of attention to details.
Strong technical background with proven record in managing successful software projects.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Solid knowledge and hands on experience with product management principles, including Agile/Scrum and working with local and remote teams
Preferred Qualifications
iOS, Android apps and web development skills.
Graphics and creative design skills.
Personal Characteristics
Problem solving skills.
Self-directed, multi-tasking and works under pressure.
Confident decision maker.
