Help targeting new prospect tenants Searching for tenant contact details Visiting and assessing existing retail of new prospect tenants liaising with the digital marketing company Property listing in specialized Property websites Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements. Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information. Informing prospective tenants of results. Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns. Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
Marketing University degree or Sales & Marketing experience Preferably some property knowledge good awareness of the local & International Cafes & Restaurants brands in Jeddah Self motivated Good knowledge of Ms Office or Google apps team player Good level of English تفاصيل الوظيفة
