الوصف الوظيفي
-An senior engineer capable of material Selection for metallic / non- metallic materials for piping & equipment.
-Additional could review vendor proposed materials for various components and manage a small group of material engineers as require.
-Responsible for the technical integrity of the discipline’s work performed under his direction and for the observance of project HSE requirements relevant to his team’s work scope.
-Works with and coordinates with other discipline lead engineers to ensure correct implementation of the design and its intent. Participates in formal design reviews and HAZOP meetings to meet this obligation.
المهارات
-Candidates must have a BSc degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of Ten (10) years engineering and design experience as a Material corrosion engineer but with a substantial part of that experience.
-Candidate should have sufficient knowledge of his non-specialist area to be able to provide direction to a team of mechanical engineers of various backgrounds.
-Candidate must have a broad knowledge in related international codes and standards.
