ESNAD Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) company are in the process of setting up a new Freight division to provide Sea & Air Freight services around Saudi Arabia and based in Jeddah. We seek to fill a Freight Director position and the ideal candidate will act as subject matter expert, responsible for:
• Establishing the Freight Forwarding and Clearing Department
• Identify and develop qualified leads, and thereafter convert them into prospects and customers
• Offer new products and services that match customer needs and wants
• Achieve the annual growth targets (revenue, profit, volume) as agreed with management
• Developing and managing a team of Freight and Clearance professionals
• Identifying and selecting service providers for freight forwarding, road transportation and customs clearance
• Developing, implementing and establishing procedures and systems
• Arrange and coordinate all import and export shipping matters according to clients’ requirements
• Coordinate with carriers and forwarding contractors and internal warehouse operations to support timely receipt and delivery of shipments to customers
• Customers’ complaint management and foster and maintain client relationships
• Financial understanding of budgets, cost control and financial levers

المهارات

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• Experience 10 or more years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales management
• Knowledge of Brokerage, Road Freight and or Warehousing and 3PL
• Good communication skills and strong command over spoken and written English
• Familiarity or knowledge Arabic will be an added advantage
• Good Computer skills especially Excel & Powerpoint presentations
