الوصف الوظيفي Provide support/assistance to user departments to obtain user and functional requirements, analyse them and provide recommendations on required ERP applications to ensure that the business requirements are fulfilled. Design and implement the SAP system for the assigned function (s) to ensure integration with other company systems, whilst meeting all required functional requirements. Develop test scenarios and conduct system testing before going live in production to ensure proper implementation of SAP and enhancements related to respective domain. Identify any additional hardware or software requirements needed for successful ERP deployments, configuration, or maintenance. Provide basic user assistance on system functionality and day to day support for all ERP related issues, to ensure prompt and timely action as per the agreed procedures. Conduct training for end users, empowering them with the necessary knowledge to operate and use the ERP applications in their day-to-day activities. Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting; install and configure patches and upgrades as required in order to ensure system availability with minimum downtime. Coordinate with company’s ERP suppliers for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies, to ensure timely resolution of the problem. Manage the maintenance of the application during its life-cycle and analyse issues raised by the application users to identify integration problems, upgradation requirements and changes to the existing systems, to ensure continuous improvement. Develop follow-up procedures on ERP applications after implementation and ensure provision of post-installation support in order to assess user satisfaction, determine and provide required user training and adjust specific system attributes on an on-going basis. Work with the other IT sections to implement appropriate security measures for the applications in order to ensure data protection and disaster recovery. Collaborate with vendors to manage ERP implementation projects including the monitoring the quality of deliverables, project timelines and costs to ensure that implementation services are delivered in accordance with vendor contracts and meet business requirements. Contribute in the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the organisation’s standards. Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner. procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed. Perform any other duties which the organization may require to be carried out. المهارات Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor degree holder in IT, Computer Engineering or any other relevant discipline Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience in the IT field. Skills: Knowledge of relevant implementation processes in relation to application systems, hardware and equipment Understanding of the various business and management processes Expertise in ERP technology and the supported business processes and Programming Languages.
