Plan, direct and perform QA audits of internal and external organizations.

Identify and report to executive management, quality issues or trends based on data from a variety of sources.

Provide leadership, guidance and training to QA personnel; monitor performance, and identify skills, training, and capabilities needed for QA activities.

المهارات

Operationally minded with strong emphasis on continuous improvement.

Experience in hotel management (5* hotels).
