Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives are being carried out
Responds to any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
Sets up and maintains the service desk function, including supervising service desk team members and managing the Service Desk application and platform
Makes sure all issues and requests are being logged and addressed properly through the service desk platform.
Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service
Establish a process of follow-up with all IT departments for all open service requests or tickets
Report any issues not meeting the SLA to the Service Manager for quick resolution
Monitors department issues and client complaints to Identify recurring issues in order to minimize them.
Perform team members service quality inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work
Responsible for managing Google application platform
Possesses technical knowledge and skills to enhance the overall quality of service of the Service Desk department
Displays working knowledge of industry standards, practices
Has or is able to gain technical skills to manage GSuite and ITSM platforms
Enhance the ITSM platform to automate processes
Resolve GSuite issues for a large number of customers
Manage and maintain the IT assets inventory
المهارات
Previous IT Service Experience, Comprehensive IT Knowledge, Strong Customer-Facing Skills, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Self-Motivated, Troubleshooting, Creative Problem-Solving, High level Arabic and English language is mandatory.
