Buyer - Strategic Buying

الوصف الوظيفي
To assist Senior Buyer in achieving the department (Grocery Food, Grocery Non Food or Non Food) targets by negotiating best deals with suppliers and ensure highest delivery service level is achieved by Suppliers.
Contracts:
Collect and summarize internal and external data reports to be integrated into negotiations
Lead Supply Agreements & SLA negotiations/renewals for Low-Tier suppliers
Assist Sr. Buyer in Rebate & Other Income negotiations
Assist Sr. Buyer in Payment Terms negotiations
Supplier Management & Service Level:
Negotiate best prices for intended goods based on target cost.
Adhere to Negotiations Guidelines & Policies
Collect OI and margin confirmations (BDFs & Bas) before each month closing
Update MDF periodically
Daily follow up with vendors on deliveries.
Track and report service level based on OTIF
Sourcing:
Sources potential items in line with CATMAN Strategy.
Obtain necessary cross functional approvals
List the new items in the system (RMS)
