The Retail Manager leads sales role is to achieve complete coverage, distribution and productivity objectives in the down trade. He is responsible for leading multi-functional resources to develop / implement the right strategies & action plans that will achieve the company’s objectives and roles company’s strategies including Hand Held and other necessary tools helping to deliver company objectives.

1. Lead and develop Retail channel operation to meet agreed business targets and sustain competitive advantage.2. Lead, motivate and train Retail channel team members to develop their skills to handle vertical and horizontal assignments.3. Build customer relationships with key decision makers at the customers end to establish alignment on strategies and objectives.4. Improve the Retail channel operations by importing and adapting the latest updates on advance sales approaches to establish unique competitive advantage.5. Identify the ideal Sales Organization structure and manpower number and quality needed. Proactively recruits for all levels for his organization to ensure 100% manpower and develop multi-functional resources from different departments to design.6. Control and report retail channel spending of budgets / Allocations, remaining within authorized limits and deadlines to utilize these budgets in delivering retail channel objective.7. Design and standardize the right tools (reporting system, Memos) to measure and asses business results and individual performance to identify and tackle opportunities in timely manner.
