Branch Manager

Job Description
Scope:- This job description applies only for BM located in saudi branch(Jeddah)

Duties & Responsibilties:-

a. Nee market development, logistics solutions, planning and control
b. Increase turnover and profitiablity through identifying new market opportunities and selling services to these markets
c. Handling large accounts with regualr meeting with customers
d. Manage day-to-day operation of the branch
e. Monitoring competitors and formulating sales and market strategies
f. Manage all aspects of freight forwarding/shipping & Logistics
g. Manage operations to meet or exceed budget targets
h. Conduct and facilitate quarterly and monthly meetins
i. Complete P & L and balance sheet responsibility for freight management and related logistics operations
j. Marketing and Business development of the company’s presence within the region
k. Development and enhancement of customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:-

a. Graduate/Postgraduate study of any discipline from any recognised university preferably from business/Marketing
b. Good Engligh communicaitions skills, other languages will be a plus
c. Knowledge on computer applications
d. Experience in freight sales & marketing (minimum 7 to 10 yrs expereince required)
e. Excellent analytical skills
f. Strong leadership and team building skills
g. Strong organisation and multi – tasking skills
h. Effective writtend and oral communication skills

SALARY SCALE:-

a. All inclusive – SAR. 8,000/- to SAR. 10,000/-
b. Company will provide VEHICLE for sales activities
c. Compnay will provide SIM
d. Successful completion of 1 year will provide ticket .
e. Medical card as per Govt.norms
f. Incentives will be there for achieving more than the target.
