Warehouse Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
The warehouse manager will be responsible for managing all operations of a central warehouse. He will lead a team consisting of supervisors and pickers to receive, manage and ship products as needed.
• Define shifts and responsibilities for each team member.
• Manage receiving, put away and shipping functions carried out throughout the day
Establish and monitor timecard procedures.
• Handle regulatory aspects related to warehousing pharmaceuticals.
• Write, maintain and follow documentation of warehouse procedures.
• Train warehouse staff, both for new hires and ongoing employee development.
• Report operational metrics to senior management, as well as any regulatory reporting requirements related to pharmaceuticals.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse facilities

المهارات

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience.
• Prior experience in a Pharmaceutical Company.
• Experience working with various modes of transportation used for shipping.
• Ability to conduct in-depth discussions and solve.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as attention to details.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be able to communicate professionally, effectively and courteously, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office Products.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus.
