Designers are expected to not just flawlessly execute teammates’ ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process. A mindset that fosters creative thinking and the pushing of boundaries. Ability to contribute to the development of high quality and innovative concept for several kinds of projects (campaigns, integrated marketing, customer experience, digital transformation, etc.). Capable of working under pressure and a supervision of the creative director and should be an excellent team player. Understand a brand’s brief, strategy, and overall needs, to provide the right design solution for each requirement. Excellent experience and knowledge in Adobe creative suite (including Adobe after effect and Adobe Premiere) Be able to create websites, campaigns, and social media content as well as give the right design direction for the creation of them to others. Translate ideas into pixel perfect designs, using an innovating, high-aesthetic (UI) and a functional way (UX). Participate in ideation of content for marketing campaigns, leveraging understanding of social trends, and extension of the brand into social media. Work end-to-end to ship great visual designs with extra attention to detail. A passion for digital culture and inventing solutions to tomorrow’s challenges today. An appreciation for the relationship between visual and textual elements. Overview and direct photo as well as video shootings. المهارات A skilled designer with a visual design degree and 3+ years of experience within a design-related field. Proven design leader with demonstrated experience in cross-disciplinary projects. A passionate designer with a thorough understanding of digital communication, marketing, and business practices A multi-faceted person who craves diversity in his/her work; and a professional with a strong ability to manage multiple projects at once Well versed in typography, color theory, layout theory and developing style and usage guidelines An excellent communicator and leader capable of presenting your ideas to a team Familiar with responsive design, UI/UX and wireframing. Working knowledge of live prototyping tools is a plus. An organized, result-oriented and self-motivated team player with drive and ambition for yourself, our users and the team. An expert with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud) Experienced in HTML, CSS, and 3D software An openness to (and willingness to provide) constructive criticism, and a critical eye for one’s work.
