Urgently Required a Chief of Maintenance for a luxury resutaurant and ballrooms with following skills and qualification.
-Ensuring scheduled and breakdown maintenance of engineering equipment or plants.
-Checking repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems.
-Ensuring that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
-Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and creating maintenance procedures.
-Diagnosing faults & repairing equipment
-Supervising engineering and technical staff (Elecitrical / Plumbing / Carpentry).
-Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
-Managing maintenance budgets.
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
-Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
-Shift and ‘on-call’ work may be required, particularly where manufacturing equipment is in continual 24-hour operation.
Educational qualification: Mechanical Engineering Degree.
Experience Required: 5 years preferably a 5* Hotel
