Production Quality Control Manager is a link in between both plant manager, TQM manager and production operations through QC inspectors, officers whom working under him. This is to be carried out by supervising the workflow in his sector with regular and scheduled visits to all related sectors, then to be reported to both plant manager and TQM manager.
He is directly responsible for the general implementation, execution, and supervision of the day-to-day quality and food safety functions and good manufacturing practices implementation to ensure that product meet all quality standards. The QC Manager must be able to execute all quality functions and be able to train the company staff in the proper execution of all quality and food safety measure
المهارات
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality & poultry meat industry.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Fluent in English languages (reading/writing).
• Basic skills for all ISO systems (9001, 22000, 14001,18001 and HACCP)
• Leadership skills, good communication skills.
