National Warehouse Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Manages all the warehouses located in Saudi Arabia.
Controls expenses and increases productivity while controlling potential damages.
Setup organizational goals in relation to the warehousing & Distribution operations.
Monitors space utilization and layout to maximize usage.
Implement quality procedures and ensure all employees are trained to handle the quality procedures.
Monitors the budget and reports to the Top Management on the current financial status of the department.
Monitors and controls inventory levels by planning and initiating periodic inventory counts.
Ensures compliance with governmental regulations and requirements.
Involved in annual physical stock taking and reconciliation of stock differences, if any.
Oversee the vehicles maintenance activities and vigilantly reduce cost.
Manage daily activities and leads the warehouse staff to operate and facilitate the daily work of the distribution center.
Monitors inventory levels, stock tracking
Minimize loss of handling, and maximize warehouse team productivity.
Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory.
Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies.
KPIs:
Physical stock verification- Zero variance (Quarterly & Annual checks compulsory without exception)
Undelivered ageing not to exceed 5 days from the date of delivery request by sales department
100 % dispatch of products within 3-5 days of receiving delivery instructions
Perfect documentation for inventory & delivery of goods to the customers
Ensure optimum space utilization and demarcation of inventory at all times.
Zero Shrinkages
Damaged goods disposal by the end of every month (Zero damaged goods at the end of every month)
Frequency of safety incidents, breakdowns and near misses
Compliance with procedural and legislative requirements
Timely renewals of all contracts
Attendance, Punctuality & Housekeeping
Customer/ associate feedback on deliveries– Retail, Wholesales, Service, e-commerce& Projects
Maintenance of warehouse facilities
Quality of appraisals for all staff in your department (As per appraisal procedure guidelines)
Quality & Timeliness of MIS reports (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Half Yearly/ Annual)
No. of process enhancements/ innovations in the review period
Cost reduction in absolute SR and also as a % of target set by the senior management

المهارات
• Excellent Commands in English.
• Good knowledge in WHO, GDP and GSP.
• Background with Electronics company is a plus.
