الوصف الوظيفي Oversees and coordinates HR Personnel Administration activities to updates associates personal records like the contract of employment, medical insurance, social security, etc. through strict adherence to approved policies and procedures. Conduct briefing on new recruits so that they are quickly integrated into the organization by acquiring essential knowledge in the administration process and procedures. Coach, assist and train subordinates in order to transfer substantial knowledge in all administration activities to ensure continuity of the process in case of absences or vacancy in the office. Supervises personnel administration activities like personal files, records, salary increase and etc. through the efficient, effective and equitable implementation of the policies and standards of the company. Implement corrective and preventive actions imposed on associates in compliance with the approved company policies and Saudi Labor Laws (SLL) to inculcate discipline and obedience from all associates. Knowledge: Personnel and Human Resources: Basic knowledge of principles and procedures in personnel selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Administration and Management: Basic Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources. English Language: Limited knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Time Management: Managing one’s own time and the time of others. Active Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Stress Tolerance: Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high-stress situations. Achievement/Effort: Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks. Problem Sensitivity: The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. Deductive Reasoning: The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Inductive Reasoning: The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events). Inter-Personal Relationship: The ability to deal and work with people and compromise diversity in views and opinions. Interviewing Skills: Persuasive, Persistent, Patient, able to deal with stress.
