2. Customer care for existing customers
3. Supervision of customer complaints and solving it with Operations
4. Develop existing customers for more business
5. Tender management
6. Make offer templates for new customers and quotations management on specific requests
7. advanced self-training on environmental issues and services to develop new services for customers
8. Documentation management for customers
9. Keep the communication to all customers except operational matters
10. Follow-up of pending inquires & quotations for customers Kingdom wide
11. Making invoices and delivery orders, receiving cash
12. Having good information of operations and administration about customer issues
13. Analyse expenditures to develop plans, policies, or budgets for increasing profits or improving services.
14. Negotiate and authorize contracts with customers and monitor contract fulfilment
15. Collaborate with other staff members to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, or objectives.
16. Recording sales, submitting performance report, cash collection report to the accounts.
17. Monitor that approved budgets are kept
18. Monitoring customer budgets on fulfilment and take actions if discrepancies appear
19. Regularly reports to all involved parts of the company about all sales activities20. Technically inclined
21. Extensive knowledge in Overhead Cranes and Hydraulic Pumps / Valves / Motors, Like: Rexroth - Vickers - Sauer Danfoss, Etc.
