We are seeking an experienced Engineering/ Maintenance manager to lead the maintenance, electrical , HVAC and emergency systems for a 300+ bed, high profile, hotel in Jeddah.
Leading a small team you will direct the day-to-day activities and ensure all maintenances requests are quickly fulfilled. On a strategic level planning for preventative maintenance and management of all capital / construction works.
المهارات
Ideally you will have experience in a hotel or FM capacity; happy to get hands-on and have some previous experience across all the areas of electrical/ HVAC / Building codes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to be part of a highly professional management team, in an expanding and changing organisation.
