• Strong working experience involving software integrations
• TIBCO Business Works (BW) expertise
• Strong working knowledge of XSD, XML, and Web Services using WSDL, SOAP, REST and JSON
• Good understanding of setting up load balancing and fault tolerance for BW engines and BE processes
• Good working knowledge of databases
• Significant experience working on Agile Scrum software projects
• Tibco Certifications
• Must be a good team player, self-motivated, possessing good inter-personal communication skills
