• We are looking for an experienced Key Account sales executive to managing key account clients, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. Managing an array of accounts; achieving high sales targets
Duties of the Key Account Manager include:
• Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
• Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
• Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
• Giving sales presentations to high-level executives.
• Managing employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
• Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to
senior staff.
• Ensuring they are aware with all competitive activities within accounts andpreventing attrition.
المهارات
• Degrees in Business, Marketing, or any other related fields are typically required.
• Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
• Previous experience in a sales role In FMCG/Medical supply or pharmaceutical company.
• Strong account management and relationship building skills.
• Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Formal sales training a distinct advantage.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team would be an advantage.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication & negotiation skills.• Must be expert with MS office software systems
